Shamrock Rovers have joined the race to sign highly-rated teen talent Adam Brennan this window.
The Republic of Ireland teenager has enjoyed two seasons with University College Dublin.
Their 18-year-old has played 49 times in all competitions across two years and his stats show he’s a real one to watch.
Brennan has scored 11 goals and found four assists from those games which, for a young lad, is a strong return.
His talents on show for the men’s team at UCD has enticed multiple clubs to take a closer look.
And last seasons title winners, Shamrock, have made their interest clear with the new campaign just around the corner.
Rovers know how far the youngster could go and will hope to convince him to move to the Tallaght Stadium.
They do, however, face serious clubs in the Premier League and EFL Championship who like Brennan, too.

Pundit Arena understands Crystal Palace have expressed an interest.
Hull City in the second tier of English football are also admirers.
The Tigers are believed to have made an approach regarding the attacking midfielder but no decision has yet been made.
Brennan is not the only young player from the League of Ireland who has suitors.
We exclusively told you earlier today how Cian Doyle is on trial with Standard Liege in Belgium.
The 21-year-old central midfield player is in with SL16FC in a bid to win a deal.
The thought is that he could play a year or two with the academy squad before moving into the first-team.
If Doyle is not snapped up, though, he has interest in Scotland and Ireland waiting on him.
Raith Rovers are understood to be keen in the Scottish Championship.

The pair follow defender Vinnie Leonard who is wanted by Celtic in the January window.
The Irishman does, however, also have other interested clubs and he is due this week to make his final decision.

However sources told us at PA that no final call had been made by the player himself who is still considering his options.
It remains to be seen which club Leonard chooses and same goes for Brennan.
Although it is probably fair to say he will be departing UCD Bowl sooner rather than later.
Brennan has experience playing in the UEFA Youth League for UCD.
He has managed four games in that competition and scored once against Stjarnan u16s.
