Briton’s Lewis Hamilton won the Malaysian Grand Prix with a pole-to-flag victory ahead of Nico Rosberg on Sunday in a first Mercedes one-two since they returned to Formula One as a works team in 2010. It was Mercedes’ first one-two since 1955, their last year as a works team before 2010.
Liverpool FC
Appear to be coming into form at just the right time as they have now won their last eight Premier League games in a row, the latest of which being a thumping 4-0 win over Tottenham at Anfield. Were the Merseysiders to win the title it would be their first title of the Premier League. If they win their remaining six games, the title is their. Whilst Manchester City appear to have the deeper squad, they do not have a strike force to match Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge.
Michael Schumacher’s wife
Corinna Schumacher is building a $19million medical suite in the couple’s home to enable him to leave hospital. Corinna Schumacher is reported to be installing the fully-equipped facility at their house on the banks of Lake Geneva in Switzerland. The 45-year-old Formula One champion’s skiing incident occurred three months ago.
He has been in a medically-induced coma at Grenoble University Hospital in France. Doctors say it’s highly unlikely he will ever wake up.
Every day Schumacher’s family travel nearly 250km to the hospital where they spend up to 10 hours by his side. Since his accident, the racing legend has lost 25 per cent of his body mass to weigh only 55kg.

“Moyes Out” Flyover Pilot
Plane flies over Old Trafford carrying message “Wrong One – Moyes out” as growing army of United fans step up their hopes of ending manager’s short tenure at club. Whilst the fans’ frustrations are understandable, this flyover gesture was classless.
Jose Mourinho
Frustrated at delaying tactics of a ball boy during the latter stages of Chelsea’s shock 1-0 defeat to Crystal Palace, Mourinho angrily confronted the ball boy saying “One day, somebody will punch you.” Whilst the Portuguese may have had a point, it was probably not his place to do so.
Andre Marriner
Referee Andre Marriner admits he has agonised over the blunder that saw him wrongly dismiss Arsenal defender Kieran Gibbs on Saturday.
When Gunners forward Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain handled the ball in the penalty area in the 15th minute of Arsenal’s 6-0 defeat to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, Marriner incorrectly showed left-back Gibbs a red card.
He apologised following the game before the Football Assocition rescinded the red card and decided against punishing Oxlade-Chamberlain.
