
Over the past 21 years, Super Rugby has played host to some of the best and most exciting club rugby ever produced, with some magical moments and spectacular tries. But who has scored the best ever individual try in the competition?
Some of the greatest finishers the game has ever seen have played in Super Rugby since it’s inaugural season in 1996, with the likes of Jonah Lomu, Bryan Habana and Christian Cullen, to name just a few, displaying their considerable talents down through the years.
Recently, the Sky Sports New Zealand show ‘Post-Match’ took a look back at the history of Super Rugby and chose the top 5 individual tries ever scored in the competition. Although, as you will see, there is some debate in the studio as to whether one of the scores included meets the criteria

Though Super Rugby receives plenty of criticism from fans today and one wonders if it will ever return to it’s glory days, the competition continues to deliver quality action and great tries. Check out this magnificent team score from the Chiefs recently for example.
