Former Rabbitohs Teammate Of Sam Burgess Linked With Move To Premiership

Ben Te’o could be set to join a Premiership club.

The Irish Times have reported that current Leinster centre and former South Sydney Rabbitohs player, Ben Te’o, could be about to sign for a Premiership club.

Te’o joined Leinster last season, but has not impressed fans during his time at the Irish province. However this has not stopped a number of French and English clubs taking an interest in the 28 year old.

Although Gavin Cummiskey does not specify what clubs are interested in Te’o, he does state that Michael Cheika is keen on bringing Sam Burgess former teammate to the Waratahs.

Nevertheless, any club looking to sign Te’o will most likely face competition from the Brisbane Broncos, who last month stated their interest in bringing the Leinster player back to the NRL.
