Arsenal look set to add more talent to their squad that has already seen the Gunners sign Alexis Sanchez and Callum Chambers.Kostas Manolas is having a medical with the Gunners while both Douglas Costa and Adrien Rabiot have been heavily linked with a move to the Emirates.
Kostas Manolas who has impressed with Olympiakos and Greece in the World Cup most recently is set for a £6m move to Arsenal. The Irish Independent has reported that the 23-year-old is in London undergoing a medical ahead of his move to the Gunners.
After losing Thomas Vermealen to Barcelona Arsenal are in a need of defensive recruitment and the Greek Internationals performances for Olympiakos in the Champions League and also at the World Cup have caught the eye of Arsene Wenger.

At £6m Manolas would be good business by Arsene Wenger and with the defender standing 6ft 2″ he has the physical stature for the hustle and bustle of Premier League football. The 23-year-old also has good pace to deal with quick attackers.
According to the Independent Arsene Wenger has held preliminary talks with the 19-year-old midfielder Adrien Rabiot, who is out of contract at the end of this season.
Wenger is looking for cover in central midfield and with Rabiot one of the most highly rated young midfielders in Ligue 1, Wenger has identified the young midfielder as his midfield target.The PSG youngster is also attracting the interest of Juventus and AS Roma. The French champions are asking for £5.6 million for the young midfielder and Arsenal remain keen on acquiring the French youth International.
The Metro has reported that Arsenal have been given the green light to make a move for Shaktar Donesk winger Douglas Costa.
Shaktar Donesk manager Mircea Lucescu admitted that the Brazilian could leave the Ukrainian club.
‘I am sure that things will come to the fore in the next few weeks,’ said manager Mircea Lucescu. For me, all the players are transferable for the right price. Every year, some players go and some players arrive. It’s normal that players will want to leave at some point.’
Costa could cost in the region of £40 million and Arsenal are said to be keen on a loan deal for the 24 year-old or else they could be willing to let Lukas Podolski go in the opposite direction.
