The Utah Jazz signed a five-year-old Leukemia sufferer to a one-day contract on Monday night in what was a heartwarming act by the NBA franchise.
JP Gibson’s dream came true when he signed the one-day contract with the Jazz President before kitting out to join the team for a scrimmage.
Gibson even got the chance to dunk in front of his family thanks to the help of 7-foot-1 Rudy Gobert who lifted the elated child up towards the rim. The fans went wild as JP dunked the ball and high-fived members of the Jazz roster.
