Will Greenwood Goes Heavy On Scots As He Reveals His Six Nations Team Of The Week

Following a thrilling weekend in the NatWest 6 Nations, it was Scotland who were the big winners as they won a first Calcutta Cup in a decade with a superb victory over England.

This has been reflected in England and Leicester Tigers legendary centre Will Greenwood’s selection for the competition’s team of the week.

There are seven Scots in the former Harlequins man’s XV – with five of the pack picked, a testament to their Herculean effort to get the win in Murrayfield.

England’s complete and utter flop at Murrayfield is also mirrored in his team as not one of Eddie Jones’ side make this selection.

Ireland for their part have five players included. Cian Healy, Conor Murray, Jacob Stockdale, Bundee Aki and Keith Earls all being acknowledged by Greenwood.

Marco Tauleigne and Paul Gabrillagues of France were their only representatives, while Leigh Halfpenny was the only Welshman included.
