David Halaifonua was sent off for a dangerous tackle on Bradley Davies.
With Wasps leading Gloucester 16-0, the Cherry and Whites needed a strong second half performance to get them back into the game.
However in the 45th minute, Tongan winger David Halaifonua found himself sent off this dangerous tackle on Bradley Davies.
Replays showed Halaifonua’s shoulder impacting on Davies head. Although the referee sent the winger off for the tackle, the decision of Ian Tempest divided fans.
Red card for Gloucester I think is right. He doesn’t even seem to care. 5 week ban? — Tim Marshall (@CoachTim83) November 8, 2015
Yellow fair. Red very harsh. Players knees bent, harsh for me but then it’s Gloucester, we’ve been blessed with shit officials all season. — Damion Williams (@DamoW11) November 8, 2015
Every decision has gone against Gloucester today. Why do referees feel the need to be the spotlight in every game?

Tearing my hair out watching this Gloucester game, and the standard of Premiership refereeing is disgusting
