Watch Nigel Owens Tell Off Northampton and Racing Players For Swearing

Nigel Owens was forced to protect viewers from foul mouthed players last night.

Over the years Nigel Owens has gained many supporters for the way in which he conducts himself on the field.

Indeed, the Welsh referee has managed to win the respect of fans for not only implementing the rules, but demanding that players conduct themselves as role models on the field.

Last night was no different, when during the game between Northampton and Racing, one player was heard use foul language when attempting to gee up those around him.

Owens was quick to wrap the player on the knuckles, telling him, ‘Don’t swear there are children watching at home’.
