Watch: Lions Centre Lionel Mapou Scored A Ridiculous Individual Try Over The Weekend

Looks like Garry Ringrose wasn’t the only man scoring worldies over the weekend…

Although Leinster exited the Champions Cup at the semi final stage over the weekend, it seems all anyone could speak about after the game was an incredible individual try from Garry Ringrose.

Picking up the ball deep inside his own half, the Irish centre swerved and sidestepped his way through the Clermont defence before executing a perfect dummy pass to sell his last marker.

However, it seems as if Ringrose wasn’t the only man showing off some individual inspiration over the weekend as Lions centre Lionel Mapou also touched down after and incredible solo effort.

Receiving the ball just inside the Jaguares half, the 28-year-old Springbok sold a wonderful dummy to break the line before a similar move sent him over the line.

The try wasn’t quite at the same level as Ringrose’s wonder try in the Champions Cup semi final but it was undoubtedly brilliant nonetheless.
