Francois Louw demonstrated his amazing handling skills against Argentina.
Although the Springboks may have played some conservative rugby against Argentina, Francois Louw showed brilliant handling skills that allowed Bryan Habana touch down in the 45th minute.
Despite being known for his barnstorming runs and no nonsense defence, the big flanker set his team mate free by playing an offload Sonny Bill Williams would have been proud of.
Indeed, it was the second such pass from a forward, after Eben Etzebeth released the ball to Louw a few seconds earlier.
However for many Springbok fans, such sublime moments of skill were few and far between, as Allister Coetzee’s team kept the ball tight and attempted to take on the Argentinians around the fringes.
Such a strategy proved ineffectual, as the Pumas continued to show ambition and play entertaining rugby, claiming a well deserved 26-24 win.
