Ellis Genge just reminded Dylan Hartley why he’s so highly rated…
The Northampton Saints took on the Leicester Tigers on Saturday evening with the Saints eventually winning the game by a margin of 13 points. However, it wasn’t all suns and roses for England captain Dylan Hartley.
The 31-year-old had an impressive outing for the Saints and even scored a try in the first half. However, when he came up against the highly rated Ellis Genge in the 54th minute, things didn’t go very well for the Hooker.

In a very poor Tigers performance, Genge putting Hartley on his back was a joy.

At 22 years of age, Genge is making a serious name for himself having already earned three caps for England and, in encountering his international captain, he let him know why.
Collecting the ball from the back of a line-out, Genge charged forward only to see Hartley coming at him like a train. Moments later, the England captain was on the floor wondering what had just happened.
