Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall are currently on their travels in New Zealand and while there they met up with the World Cup-winning New Zealand squad just before they set off on their victory parade.
While chatting a, what is likely to become iconic, photograph was snapped of Dan Carter and Prince Charles performing what looks more like a friendly handshake after a game than what you’d usually witness royalty doing.
Nice to meet Prince Charles yesterday. Got to love the handshake! pic.twitter.com/wbTy0WOJuk

While Carter seems enthused by this unusual picture, we’re sure he’ll be even happier to have returned home with the Web Ellis Trophy tucked under his arm after amassing a tournament best of 82 points for his country.
What will also comfort the All Blacks legend is that he’s now moving to Racing Metro, where he will become the highest paid rugby player on the planet. It hasn’t been a bad autumn for the 33-year-old.
