The Rugby Draw Has Been Made For The Olympic Games

The draw has been made for the Rugby 7s at the Olympic Games in Rio.

Great Britain has been handed a tough draw with New Zealand in their pool.

This will be the first time that rugby will feature at the Olympic Games since 1924, and there is a lot of hype surrounding the event. Favourites New Zealand, Fiji and South Africa will be kept apart, but there are plenty of quality sides who are capable of causing an upset.

Men’s draw:

Group A: Fiji, United States, Argentina, Brazil.

Group B: South Africa, Australia, France, Spain.

Group C: New Zealand, Britain, Kenya, Japan.

Women’s draw:

Group A: Australia, United States, Fiji, Colombia.

Group B: New Zealand, France, Spain, Kenya.

Group C: Brazil, Britain, Canada, Japan.
