Quade Who? Ruaridh Jackson Is Outperforming His Illustrious Opposite Number

Ruaridh Jackson has had his hand in both of Wasps early tries.

Although many were tuning in to watch Quade Cooper make his European debut, Wasps Ruaridh Jackson is stealing the show at the Ricoh Arena.

Indeed, before the game Brian O’Driscoll described Cooper as being a ‘proper X factor player’ and having ‘a bag of tricks to die for’.

However, it was Jackson who provided the X factor and by unleashing a few tricks of his own. For Wasps first try, Jackson’s beautifully weighted pass created the space for Nathan Hughes to cross the line.

While for Wasps second, Jackson finished off a move started by scrum half, Joe Simpson.
