Stade Francais could be about to lose their Captain.
Eurosport have reported that Italy and Stade Francais Captain, Sergio Parisse, could leave the club at the end of the season. Parisse, whose contract is up at the end of the current campaign, has yet to make a decision on his future.
The Italian number eight told the news site that although he has several options available, his ‘future with the Italian team will also depend on my choice of club’. However the 32 year old was quick to point out ‘At the moment there is nothing concrete’.
Parisse has won 114 Italian caps and is regarded as one of the most influential players of his generation. Although there has been no confirmation as to what clubs are interested in Parisse, few sides would not want a player of his stature.
