What a weekend this would be for Leinster and Munster fans!
Ahead of this weekend’s European Champions Cup quarter-finals, the EPCR have announced the venues for the semi-finals. Depending on results of this weekend’s games, there are a number of potential venues for the ties.
Leinster have a possibility of having a semi-final in the Aviva Stadium, while Munster would definitely be on the road in the final four. However, the most mouthwatering prospect from an Irish rugby point of view would be a final four of Leinster vs La Rochelle and Munster vs Racing 92, as both semi-finals would then be taking place in Bordeaux. What a weekend that would be!
Of course, Leinster fans will be hoping that Scarlets beat La Rochelle, as the Welsh side would then have to travel to Dublin.
