Lions

Following a disappointing performance against New Zealand Provincial Barbarians in the opening game of their tour, the Lions will be eager to set down a marker on Wednesday against Super Rugby outfit, the Blues.

Warren Gatland has named Ken Owens as captain, starting in the front row between Jack McGrath and Dan Cole.

England duo Maro Itoje and Courtney Lawes partner at lock, while James Haskell, Justin Tipuric and CJ Stander feature in the back row.

Rhys Webb and Dan Biggar renew their Ospreys and Wales parternship at halfback, while Robbie Henshaw and Jared Payne make up the midfield.

Elliot Daly, Jack Nowell and Leigh Halfpenny are in the back three.

Overall there are six English, five Welsh and four Irish on the team.
