South Africa took on a World XV in at Newlands on Saturday
South Africa continued their preparation for the upcoming Rugby Championship with a comprehensive 46-10 win over a World XV yesterday.
The largely forgettable fixture will be remembered as Bakkies Botha’s last as both a professional player and on South African soil.
The versatile Willie le Roux scored three of the Springboks seven tries, in a game that also saw the return of Jean de Villiers.
Overall the South African coach Heyneke Meyer, will be pleased with the margin of victory, as his side countdown to the World Cup.
