Premiership fans were not impressed by the game between the Northampton Saints and Saracens.
With the World Cup now behind us, fans are once more turning their attention to club rugby. The return of the game’s elite players to their clubs during the last fortnight, has seen the pace of Europe’s domestic competitions step up a notch.
With this in mind, supporters were this week looking forward to the clash between the Northampton Saints and Saracens at Franklin’s Gardens. Although the weather contributed to the game becoming a tough physical battle, many were not happy with what was on offer.
Indeed many fans took to Twitter to voice their disapproval.
