Cork Hurling Legend Diarmuid O’Sullivan Blasts Mike Brown For His Kick On Conor Murray

Ireland lost out to England in the Six Nations Championship this afternoon, with perhaps the main talking point being Mike Brown’s kick on Conor Murray.

The Irish were chasing the game, and as Danny Care slowed down the ball, Mike Brown made contact with Conor Murray when trying to kick the ball away.

Was it intentional? Decide for yourself.

As the entire island of Ireland were up in arms over the incident, former Cork hurling star and current selector Diarmuid O’Sullivan took to Twitter to vent his fury.

The Rock enjoyed a rugby career himself since hanging up his hurl, playing with Midelton RFC in the AIL.

He’s right. If Gaillimh, Clohessy or Quinny were on the field, Mike Brown would be in hospital right now. In fact, the Harlequins fullback is lucky he never felt the wrath of the Rock, which usually ends up only one way.
