Connacht Rugby will be welcoming quite a few new faces to Galway once the regular Super Rugby campaign finishes this weekend.
The western province, now under the tutelage of new head coach Andy Friend, will soon have Colby Fainga’a (Melbourne Rebels), David Horwitz (Melbourne Rebels) and Kyle Godwin (Brumbies) on their books.
The Brumbies, despite their excellent win over Australian conference champions the Waratahs today, have not qualified for the Super Rugby playoffs so Godwin will soon be making his way to Ireland to join up with his new team.
Connacht fans should be excited by their new centre as he showed his quality today in a superb solo try. Godwin produced an excellent step and shimmy before chipping the ball over Israel Folau to collect and score under the posts.

Two words… Kyle. Godwin!
