So on the eve of the much-anticipated clash between England and Wales at Twickenham on Saturday, we decided to produce a combined England-Wales XV, mostly because it’s Friday and there’s nothing better to do.
Before we show you the XV that we picked, we need to lay down some ground rules. We decided to pick a matchday 23 based on the 23 players chosen by each nation, therefore, you can pick and choose which players play in different positions e.g. You can choose Maro Itoje at blindside flanker despite being named at lock for England.
