Munster have named Joey Carbery in their starting lineup for their Heineken Champions Cup quarter-final clash with Edinburgh at Murrayfield on Saturday (KO 12:45).
Carbery has been out injured with a hamstring injury since Ireland’s win over Scotland in Round 2 of the Six Nations but he has recovered in time to be fit for this season-defining clash.
Up front, Niall Scannell starts at hooker and he will be joined by Dave Kilcoyne and John Ryan. Tadhg Beirne and Jean Kleyn pack down in the second row. In the back row, Peter O’Mahony captains the side at blindside and he is joined by Jack O’Donoghue and CJ Stander.
Conor Murray and Carbery make up the half-back partnership while Rory Scannell and Chris Farrell start in midfield. Keith Earls and Andrew Conway start on the wings and Mike Haley starts at fullback.
