Joe Schmidt has named his Ireland team to take on Scotland in Round 2 of the Guinness Six Nations at Murrayfield on Saturday.
Injury has forced Schmidt’s hand as he has made a number of changes to the starting XV which lost to England last time out.
In the second-row, Quinn Roux partners James Ryan as the Connacht man comes in for the injured Devin Toner.
In the back-row, Sean O’Brien comes in at openside and Jack Conan starts at number eight to deputise for the injured CJ Stander.
The half-backs remain unchanged but Robbie Henshaw, who was expected to partner Bundee Aki in midfield, has been ruled out with a late injury so Chris Farrell comes in at 13.
The wingers remain the same as Jacob Stockdale and Keith Earls take up their respective positions while Rob Kearney comes into the team at fullback.
Ireland: Rob Kearney, Keith Earls, Chris Farrell, Bundee Aki, Jacob Stockdale, Johnny Sexton, Conor Murray, Cian Healy, Rory Best (c), Tadhg Furlong, James Ryan, Quinn Roux, Peter O’Mahony, Sean O’Brien, Jack Conan.
