Breaking: Dragons Have Parted Ways With Bernard Jackman [Report]

The Dragons have parted ways with head coach Bernard Jackman according to multiple reports this morning.

Jackman took over from Kingsley Jones ahead of the 2017/2018 season and he suffered a disappointing first season in charge which yielded just two victories in the Guinness PRO14.

Although the first season was one to forget, progress was expected in Jackman’s second season in charge after a whole host of signings were made during the summer which included players such as Ross Moriarty, Richard Hibbard and Aaron Jarvis.

However, although the Welsh side have improved on last season’s record with three wins thus far in the 2018/19 campaign, it seems that this isn’t enough and the club have gone with this option in order to improve on-field fortunes for the team.

It is being reported that the Dragons will confirm this news later this morning.
