In-Form Teams To Reign Supreme Ahead Of Latest Round Of Aviva Premiership

Round 16 of the Aviva Premiership kicks off tomorrow afternoon and although it may be overshadowed by Round 3 of the NatWest 6 Nations, there are some fixtures which you should definitely get excited about.

We’re quite happy with ourselves in Pundit Arena HQ after our three-fold accumulator came in last week thanks to home victories for Leicester Tigers, Northampton Saints and an away win for Saracens over Sale Sharks.

With that, we’re more confident, so now we’re going with a full-on five team accumulator this weekend, with

We’re going for wins for Exeter Chiefs, Worcester Warriors, Exeter Chiefs, Bath Rugby and Newcastle Falcons – hear us out.

Saracens recorded an impressive victory away to Sale at the AJ Bell last weekend and although they are without many of their England stars, they should still have too much power for a Leicester Tigers side who weren’t too impressive in their victory over Harlequins at Welford Road last Saturday.

The Exeter Chiefs, after falling narrowly away to Wasps last weekend, should bounce back when they take on a poor Northampton Saints, who at one stage, looked like they were going to lose at home to London Irish last weekend.

Bath would have been really disappointed with their performance up in Newcastle last time out but at home, and with Taulupe Faletau at the back of the scrum, we think they will get one over on Sale.

Now, our next two picks are a bit controversial but we’re going for away wins for both the Falcons and Worcester Warriors. Both teams are in very good form at the moment and they are coming up against teams who can’t buy a win. Harlequins have lost their last three Premiership games in a row and they welcome Dean Richards’ side who are hell-bent on a top-six finish and who could also be eyeing up a possible playoff spot.

The Warriors are well clear of any relegation danger and it’s very much a case of looking up rather than down at Sixways and they should record a win over London Irish.

Betting £10 on all these sides to win will provide a return of £75.50 which looks good to us.
