Watch: Will Addison Rips Dragons To Shreds With Superb Break

Will Addison Ulster

At halftime, it’s advantage Ulster as they lead the Dragons 24-13 at the Kingspan Stadium in Belfast.

Three tries from Henry Speight, Dave Shanahan and Michael Lowry have Dan McFarland’s side in control at the break while the Dragons are just about holding on thanks to a try from Huw Taylor and eight points from the boot of Jason Tovey.

The highlight of the first half was no doubt Shanahan’s try and it all came from some superb individual work from Will Addison.

Addison, who was named in Joe Schmidt’s 42-man Ireland squad and is expected to make his Irish debut in November, produced a show and go in midfield as he burst through a gap and accelerated down the pitch.

Some superb footwork got him inside the Dragons 22 where he offloaded to the supporting Shanahan who went in under the posts.
