The Barbarians are in London once again as they take on Argentina for the Killik Cup.
The competition hasn’t been kind to the side in recent years – winning just one of the past five fixtures, back in 2014.
But some positive results in the past year, featuring wins over the likes of Tonga, Munster and (an admittedly depleted) England bode well for this December 1 clash against Los Pumas.
Also in their favour is a terrific squad to call on for the tie at Twickenham. Coach Rassie Erasmus has a embarrassment of riches to choose from, and the South African will lean on his countrymen, with eight Springboks earning starting berths.
Wyatt Crockett will captain the side, and the prop enters the game having won multiple championships with both New Zealand and the Crusaders.
As for the South African contingent, World Rugby Breakthrough Player of the Year, Aphiwe Dyanti, catches the eye, along with the likes of Handre Pollard and Boks captain Siya Kolisi from the Bulls and the Stormers respectively.
Australia have two representatives in the starting XV in the form of Tom English and Luke Jones, while the traditional uncapped player spot has been bestowed upon Chiefs full back Jack Debreczeni.
The game takes place on Saturday at 2:30pm local time and the full squad to take on Argentina can be seen below.
