Pundit Arena is delighted to announce that we have entered into a partnership with FFS Gym.
In this exciting new collaboration, we have come together with the aim of educating, empowering and entertaining the consumer across a wide range of content in all formats; video, audio, and written.
A major part of the collaboration is an engaging and informative podcast like no other, titled ‘For Fit Sake’. The mission of the podcast is to help people become the strongest version of themselves, by delving into the mindsets of elite athletes, whilst also providing invaluable tips on how to improve your own performance, ‘For Fit Sake’ is a must-listen for all active sportspersons.
We will discuss life, exercise, performance and nutrition through interviews with the biggest names in Irish sport and performance, with former Wales rugby coach Mike Ruddock and Irish legend Johnny Sexton serving as the first two guests.
‘For Fit Sake’, powered by Pundit Arena goes live on Tuesday, March 13th on a bi-weekly release schedule. You can listen on Soundcloud, iTunes and PunditArena.com.
Every other Tuesday, look out for a fresh new video series, ‘Undo the Office’ Fitness Series with FFS Olympic Lifting Specialist Aoife MacNeill.
And lastly, starting Friday the 16th of March, we bring you Five Top Tips, a concise interactive and informative read, providing users with the ability to vote on social media for the areas they would like us to cover.
Want to improve your vertical jump for GAA? Want to know how best to cut weight for MMA? Or just looking to improve your mental toughness? ‘For Fit Sake’ will have it all.
From Sunday the 18th of March, FFS co-founder, Head of Strength and Conditioning, and former Leinster and Ireland U20 player, Ciaran Ruddock presents Video Fundamentals of Good Nutrition, a guide to ensuring the viewer is maximising their potential by eating the right foods in the right amounts.
