Tyson Fury has been cleared to fight again in the ring, after serving a retrospective two-year ban.
The former world heavyweight champion is training to get back in shape, and is adamant that he’ll win back some belts, gunning for Anthony Joshua.
As he has not fought since his November 2015 shock win over Wladimir Klitschko, many are doubting whether Fury will be as strong a force upon his return.
However, there is no doubting that at his peak, the 29-year-old is up there with the best of them.
Fury hasn’t been quiet about his desire to take on Joshua, and today has taken aim at promoter Eddie Hearn.
Rapping along to the tune of ‘Without Me’ by Eminem, Fury posted a video as a “special message” to Hearn, while also blasting the BBBofC.
Fury’s comeback may be far down the line, and it is unlikely that he will be Joshua’s next opponent. However, there is no doubting that should the pair meet in the ring, it would draw huge numbers.
Joshua is believed to be in talks with current WBO champion Joseph Parker at present.
One thing is for sure – the heavyweight division isn’t found wanting for drama right now.
