Throwback Thursday: Ray Lewis

In this week’s edition of Throwback Thursday, James Light talks about the Baltimore Ravens’ Ray Lewis.

This week’s Throwback Thursday will feature none other than Ray Lewis.

Lewis announced earlier this week that he will be retiring after this years NFL playoffs. Ray Lewis will go down as one of the greatest linebackers in NFL history. He is the only player in NFL history to record thirty interceptions and over forty sacks.

Lewis was also a seven time all pro, two-time defensive player of the year (2000, 2003) and Super Bowl XXXV MVP. This week’s video features Lewis during the Ravens’ 2000 Super Bowl run from the NFL Network series America’s Game. If you’re a football fan and haven’t seen the America’s Game series in it’s entirety I would highly recommend watching it.
