Watch: The Final Canelo Alvarez/Gennady Golovkin Faceoff Ahead Of Saturday’s Showdown

Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez and Gennady ‘GGG’ Golovkin faced off for the final time before their eagerly anticipated showdown in Las Vegas this Saturday night.

There have been few fights in recent years that have generated as much buzz as this weekend’s Canelo/GGG contest and though many are split down the middle about who will come away with the victory, pretty much everyone is in agreement that the bout itself will be a thriller.

Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez (49-1-1) has been on the receiving end of a loss to just one man in his entire career, the recently-retired Floyd Mayweather and though he comes into this match as the much younger man at 27, his 34 KO wins up until this point are a testament to his talent as well as his progression since his lone setback all of those years ago.

Gennady ‘GGG’ Golovkin (37-0) on the other hand, is reaching the twilight years of his career but with a frankly ridiculous 33 KO’s from his 37 fights, even those who feel he has lost a step in recent years will know full well he can knock out any man’s lights at any given time.
