In no way would it be a stretch to state that last night’s third leg of the Mayweather-McGregor world press tour in Brooklyn, New York was a flop.
It appeared as though both fighters have ran out of things to say.
McGregor made his grand entry first in a simply outrageous get-up of flowery pink trousers and a mink fur coat, imitating legendary Brooklyn rapper Notorious B.I.G where as Floyd took the stage draped in the Irish tri-colour and proceeded to babble on about money, even hoisting a bundle of dollar bills into the air, making it rain over his opponent.
However, one of the main talking points to come out of last night’s penultimate press conference of the tour was the on stage scuffle between Team Mayweather (aka The Money Team) and Team McGregor.
Here's the moment Floyd Mayweather said "Form Voltron" and his team had a scuffle with Conor McGregor. He then screams "Yeeeaah!" a bunch. pic.twitter.com/REm242PuAJ

As Mayweather instructed his entourage to surround the UFC champion and trotted down the Barclays Centre runway himself, McGregor’s equivalent of Owen Roddy, Artem Lobov and Dillon Danis promptly swarmed the bodybuilder-like Money Team members.
Handbags ensued and while the cameras could barely portray the extent of the pushing and shoving, it appeared as though boiling point was very nearly reached before cooler heads prevailed.
When Ariel Helwani caught up with Roddy, Lobov and Danis in the post-presser media scrum, all three of the Team McGregor members insisted that they were ready to go had things escalated any further. Not only this, but all three were in no doubt as to what the outcome would have been if a brawl had broken out. The backroom team for ‘The Notorious’ had full confidence they would have wiped out The Money Team, or “Jersey Shore rejects” as The Russian Hammer hilariously referred to them as, right there and then.
