Watch: GSP And Bisping Involved In Fiery Backstage Exchange Following Press Conference

UFC 217 will see the eagerly anticipated return of the legendary Georges Saint Pierre when he takes on Michael Bisping for a crack at the middleweight championship of the world.

GSP has been absent from the sport since 2013 when he took a shock sabbatical directly following his questionable victory over Johnny Hendricks. Back then, the Canadian was the undisputed king of the welterweight division, having defended that title nine times and in fact, never losing it in the octagon. The belt was relinquished when he announced his sudden and shady departure from MMA that night.

At the time, Saint Pierre was also the number one pay-per-view draw within the UFC promotion. His fights continually attracted more eyes than any other fighter on the roster during his reign on top of the sport.

In the intervening four years Conor McGregor has well and truly made that crown his own and blazed a trail into a league of his own in that department. Therefore it is intriguing to ponder how well the bumper Madison Square Garden will perform numbers wise on November 4th.

Will GSP still prove a colossal figure in terms of star power in the PPV market after his lengthy stint away?

One thing is for sure, his dance partner and fellow legend of the sport Michael Bisping is doing all in his power to sell this mouthwatering bout in the build up.

Yesterday at the press conference in Toronto, things got physical between the pair for the second time in a week when facing off. However, it was their encounter backstage when most of the cameras were away from the scene which will make you sit back and wonder, is there genuine animosity between these two?

It sure looks like it.

See for yourself the fiery exchange in the clip below:
