Video: Joe Rogan Breaks Down UFC 197 Headliner Ovince St. Preux’s Flashy Finishes

Ovince St. Preux may not have been on many peoples radar to fill the gap left by Daniel Cormier at UFC 197 but he does possess some very exciting finishes in his MMA career.

A former collegiate football player St. Preux is an incredible athlete and his background in wrestling makes him a very dangerous opponent for anyone.

Add to this his highlight reel knockout power and his sensational submission game, St. Preux is not a challenge Jones will be taking lightly. St. Preux has only lost to high calibre fighters in the UFC and has had some amazing finishes including his Von Flue choke, with which he submitted Ryan Jimmo. The submission earned OSP a Performance of the Night Bonus.

While Jon Jones will be a heavy favourite going into the bout it’s worth remembering the last time OSP took on a short notice fight, he knocked out Shogun Rua in just 34 seconds of the very first round.
