Ridiculous Scenes At UFC 210 Weigh-Ins As Light-Heavyweight Title Fight Nearly Cancelled

Daniel Cormier weighed in at 206.2 pounds for his UFC 210 light-heavyweight title bout with Anthony ‘Rumble’ Johnson. This would have meant that the bout would not be a fight for the title. With just minutes left, the much-anticipated rematch looked like it was going to be cancelled.

However, he came back minutes later to tip the scales at 205 on the button. Brett Okamoto had a theory how he made the miraculous weight-cut in such a short space of time.

Meanwhile, Johnson was yet to turn up, with just seconds remaining in the two-hour weigh-in window. But Rumble showed at the death to tip the scales at 203.8 pounds.

All fighters successfully weighed in for the pay-per-view.

The circumstances of Cormier’s weigh-in nonetheless are causing huge controversy, as the fall-out begins.
