Norman Parke To Make Swift Return As He Announces Next Fight

It has only been two weeks since his controversial fight with Mateusz Gamrot but Norman Parke has already signed up for his next venture inside the cage.

Parke announced on Saturday morning that he will take on Tim Wilde at Golden Ticket Fight Promotions 8. The bout is set to take place in England on February 10 and will be for the lightweight belt.

Tim Wilde is an experienced MMA fighter and has fought previously with BAMMA. ‘The Experiment’ holds a record of 10-3 and will come into this contest of the back of a spectacular highlight reel finish; knocking out Ian Williams with a spinning hook kick inside the first round.

Northen Ireland’s ‘Stormin’ Norman Parke has taken a step away from KSW, having contested his previous two bouts with the Polish promotion. Parke hasn’t won since defeating Paul Redmond at BAMMA 28 earlier this year.

The 30-year-old was eager for a swift return to the cage and he gets that opportunity, and a chance at some gold, in early 2018.
