How Much Money Could You Have Won By Backing Mystic Mac’s Predictions?

Can Mystic Mac strike again?

Conor McGregor’s shot at a UFC title has been postponed, after a Brazilian champion pulled out of the fight due to injury less than two weeks before the event. An American with a history of verbal exchanges with the Irishman steps in.

Now where have we heard of that one before?

Will history repeat itself?

Some fighters have turned up to face McGregor, others have pulled out. However, there is one constant when it comes to the featherweight champion’s bouts; correct predictions.

“I don’t just knock them out, I pick the round!”

The famous words of ‘Mystic Mac’ continue to ring true.

He made this proclamation in the aftermath of his first round KO victory over Diego Brandao in Dublin in 2014.

First round KOs against Diego Brandao and Dustin Poirier, which were priced by Ladbrokes bookmakers at 6/4 and 9/5 respectively, were predicted by the Irishman.

He grew more conservative in prediction for his next two bouts, against Dennis Siver and Chad Mendes, stating that he would knock out the pair in the second round of each fight. The bookmakers were offering odds of 4/1 and 10/3 for each of these.

Mystic Mac did not disappoint.

José Aldo was set to be the litmus test for McGregor, to see if he has what it takes to be a true legend in the UFC. This is when things got kind of creepily accurate. Take a look what happened.

“The end of 2015 means the end of the featherweight division.”

That much was true. Aldo to fall in the first was 5/1. On to bigger things, and more specifically, bigger fighters.

Lightweight champion Rafael Dos Anjos was next up. Claims from the Dubliner that he would “dust him inside one minute” do not have the chance to be validated, as RDA has withdrawn for now.

So here we are. Nate Diaz has stepped in, and will fight McGregor at welterweight.

Mystic Mac has spoken.

“At the end of the first I feel he will be put away.”

Can he do it? Will he stop Diaz in the first round? Has he been wrong yet?

Had you stuck €10 on his predictions throughout, you could now have earned yourself a tidy €9,000.

You can pick up McGregor to win before the bell in the first is 7/5, and in the first minute at 7/2 for those even more confident.

Ladbrokes are currently offering a new customer special for McGregor to win. It was 2/9, but you can get him at 10/1 here.
