John Kavanagh is certainly enjoying his April’s Fools this year it seems…
After it was finally confirmed yesterday that Conor McGregor will face Nate Diaz for a second time at UFC 200, the MMA loving world went into overdrive discussing the upcoming bout.

Many commented that McGregor was crazy to fight at 170 once again, others were disappointed that he elected not to go back down to 145 to defend his title while most were simply delighted that they will get to see these two duking it out once again.
However, quickly moving past the confirmation itself, it seems Conor McGregor’s coach was in jovial form this morning as he had a little fun with the announcement and the fact that McGregor has already had to deal with four major pull outs since joining the UFC.
Posting on his official Twitter account Kavanagh flatly suggested that Nate Diaz had pulled out of the rematch less than a day after the fight had been confirmed.
Another pull out, let’s see accepts now after all the talk #UFC200

Although the post was delivered in a pretty matter of fact manner, Kavanagh’s followers were quick to catch onto the fact that it was an April Fools and some of their responses were absolute gold.
