Conor McGregor Set To Confirm Future Plans At September Event

With the world waiting for some news with regard to Conor McGregor’s future intentions, an intriguing event at the end of the month featuring the MMA superstar has just been announced.

When the rumours of a potential bout with Floyd Mayweather first began to circulate, the majority of pundits dismissed them as nonsense, claiming that the fight would simply be impossible to make.

However, hosting a public interview with combat sports journalist, Ariel Helwani, McGregor removed all doubt announcing that he was ‘100%’ focused on getting the Mayweather bout made.

Six months later and the fight has not only been confirmed, it has taken place and fans are already wondering what is next for the UFC champion.

The majority of noise seems to suggest that a trilogy bout with Nate Diaz is next in line with both John Kavanagh and Owen Roddy stating that they would like to see Conor settling the score with the Stockton brawler in his next bout.

However, given McGregor’s reputation for surprising even his own teammates, nothing is set in stone until the ‘Notorious’ one announces it himself. With that in mind, there is huge excitement online today as a September event featuring an interview with the Dubliner and former MMA star turned pundit, Dan Hardy, has just been announced.

Tickets for the event will apparently go on sale on www.axs.com although they do not seem to be available as of yet.
