If you saw the video that Bellator MMA welterweight mega-prospect Michael ‘Venom’ Page posted to Instagram shortly after Amanda Nunes wrecked a returning Ronda Rousey in just 48 seconds at UFC 207, you won’t be surprised to learn that Rousey’s boyfriend, UFC heavyweight Travis Browne, has responded to it.
If you didn’t see Page’s video, which it must be said is a little tasteless, check it out below…
(Side note: It never ceases to amaze me how often people manage to misspell the name of someone who gets as much media coverage as Rousey. It’s Ronda, Michael, not ‘Rhonda’.)
Tasteless, but it got a giggle out of Rousey’s conqueror, Nunes.
this is funny 😂

Browne didn’t see the funny side, as you can imagine. He actually wrote his response and tweeted it on New Year’s Day, but subsequently deleted the message.
Luckily, LowKickMMA took a screenshot.
Browne is currently on a two-fight losing-streak but we would be fairly confident that he could seriously hurt Page if he got his hands on the Englishman. After all, ‘Hapa’ usually weighs in somewhere north of 240lbs for his fights, while Page makes the welterweight limit with relative ease.
Page, who has been a merchant of utter savagery throughout his professional career thus far, doesn’t seem to be intimidated by the big man, however, or perhaps just missed his tweet, because the undefeated London Shootfighters representative had another go at Rousey via Twitter.
