Undefeated SBG Ireland Prospect Will Fleury To Take On Tarek Suleiman At BRAVE 10

Undefeated SBG Ireland middleweight prospect Will Fleury will make his debut for the BRAVE CF promotion at BRAVE 10: The Kingdom Rises in Amman, Jordan on March 2nd.

Fleury’s opponent will be fellow promotional debutant Tarek Suleiman.

SevereMMA broke the news on Sunday.

Fleury, who we named as one of our top 5 Irish prospects to watch out for in 2018, has pieced together a 3-0 record since turning professional in April of 2016 following a 7-0 run in the unpaid ranks. In 2017, the Tipperary native scored two cracking stoppage wins either side of a high-profile and controversially abbreviated run on EFC reality show The Fighter in the fall. In February, he finished Kyle McClurkin with a couple of grounded strikes after drilling the Northern Irishman with a brutal left hook at BAMMA 28 in Belfast. While his most recent win was a second-round TKO of South African veteran Gordon Roodman at EFC Worldwide 66 in Pretoria on December 16th.

Fleury’s opponent, Suleiman, has hopped back and forth between welterweight and middleweight over the course of his five-year career, compiling a record of 6-4 with 1 no contest. He has won 3 of his last 5 fights, with his two losses during that stint both coming against the same man – experienced Russian Grigoriy Kichigin. Despite the fact that Suleiman fight’s out of Tiger Muay Thai, four of his six pro wins have come via submission, including his most recent victory, over Ibrahim Elsawi on December 22nd of last year. All six of his wins have come inside the distance.

Fleury won’t be the only SBG Ireland talent to compete at BRAVE 10, as the Bahrain-based promotion recently announced that new featherweight signing Dylan Tuke will also debut on the card.

Tuke’s opponent has yet to be announced.

Fleury and Tuke will follow in the footsteps of SBG Ireland fighters Danielle Scatizzi, Ben Forsyth and Frans Mlambo, who have all competed for BRAVE CF in the past.
