Watch: This Incredible Conor McGregor ‘Comeback’ Video May Well Make You Weep

A Conor McGregor highlight video with a difference.

Most McGregor compilation packages to date have consisted of the immortal refrain; “We’re not here to take part, we’re here to take over!”, followed by footage of The Notorious’ extraordinary rise to the top of the UFC.

A Stockton-sized roadblock in the form of Nate Diaz stalled the McGregor meteor earlier this month at UFC 196 though, with the Irish superstar succumbing to a rear naked choke which put an end to his 15 fight win streak.

The loss derailed Conor McGregor’s hopes of becoming a two-weight, or even three-weight world champion, and the Dubliner now faces a do-or-die battle at UFC 200 in July to reclaim the glory he’s become accustomed to.

As Rocky himself once said: “It ain’t about how hard you hit… It’s about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward… how much you can take, and keep moving forward.”

The tribute comes via the wonderfully talented Edward Balli.

“The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place… and I don’t care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently, if you let it. You, me or nobody, is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard you hit… It’s about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward… how much you can take, and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done. Now, if you know what you worth, go out and get what you worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hits. And not pointing fingers saying: You ain’t what you wanna be because of him or her or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!” – Rocky Balboa
