The UFC’s heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic faces off against the most fearsome opponent of his career to date at UFC 220 and with that in mind, take a look at the four consecutive first round KO’s that have put him in line to become the greatest heavyweight champion in UFC history.
UFC 220 is just around the corner and after what seemed like an eternity, we finally have a heavyweight match-up in the main-event that looks set to recapture the traditional weight that is placed on determining the title of the ‘baddest man on the planet’.
Stipe Miocic will look to become the first heavyweight champion to defend his belt on three occasions when he faces off against perhaps the most feared man on the roster right now, Francis Ngannou.
After annihilating Alistair Overeem with one of the most ridiculous KO’s we’ve ever seen, is being hotly-tipped as the favourite going into this one.
But are we being too quick to sleep on the defending champion here?
Four consecutive first round KO victories have seen Miocic begin to carve out his own legacy and with that in mind, the time is perfect to remind ourselves of exactly how dangerous this guy actually is.
