Alex Oliveira once again proved why he is one of the welterweight division’s most dangerous fighters, TKO’ing his opponent last night in under 40 seconds.
‘Cowboy’ Oliveira has had a pretty impressive – albeit slightly inconsistent – run in the UFC since signing back in 2015. Going (9-3, 1 NC), if there’s one thing you can always expect from him, though, it’s a good helping of violence and a high chance of a finish.
His last four wins before taking on Carlo Pedersoli at UFC Sao Paulo had seen him produce four finishes and last night, he managed to score an incredibly impressive TKO to make it five from five.
Just. Like. That! 👊

While not exactly a massive feather for his cap, chances are we could be seeing Oliveira take a large leap in competition next time around.
With his only loss in the last two years coming from his Fight of the Year winning showdown with Yancy Medeiros, the Brazilian Cowboy is slowly becoming a fan favourite.
