Jorge Masvidal has offered to take on his fellow welterweight contender Darren Till in his home-country of England at UFC London in March.
And given the reception he received for his first headlining booking at UFC Liverpool, it’s not a stretch to imagine that the former welterweight title-challenger will be a shoo-in to take the top slot on the card.
Till is without an opponent at present and hasn’t been seen in action since his UFC 228 loss to reigning champion Tyron Woodley. And while he has entertained the idea of a move to the middleweight division – the signs do point to ‘The Gorilla’ taking another fight at 170lbs in the near future.
The always-game Jorge Masvidal called out Till for a showdown on English soil via Twitter today and to be honest, it’s a phenomenal stylistic clash.
@darrentill2 I hear you having the same probs I am trying to find someone to fight you in your backyard. I love fighting in other peoples backyards. I’m game if ufc can make it happen

Masvidal was linked with a fight against the returning Nick Diaz at UFC 235 for a while but it appears as though that matchup has been scrapped due to the Stockton-native’s apparent dissatisfaction with the UFC.
As of right now, the Liverpudlian Till is yet to issue his response but we’re sure he will no doubt jump at the opportunity to headline another massive show in his home-country.
