Nate Diaz took to the microphone after his impressive UFC 241 victory over Anthony Pettis to call out his fellow welterweight contender Jorge Masvidal – whose own status has shot through the roof following massive wins over Ben Askren and Darren Till.
According to ESPN‘s Ariel Helwani, the fight will be contested over five-rounds and will serve as the Madison Square Garden card’s main-event.
And then after an intense day of negotiations, they got the deal done yesterday afternoon.
Five round main event. No title (except the BMF title, of course). MSG.
