Jeremy Stephens Vs. Doo-Ho Choi Actually Brought In A Staggering Amount Of Viewers

Jeremy Stephen’s brutal KO victory over Doo-Ho Choi last weekend at UFC St. Louis managed to bring in a pretty unbelievable amount of viewers, all things considered.

For all of the talk of you all wondering who the f**k he was, Jeremy Stephens managed to prove his drawing power at UFC St. Louis last weekend.

Maybe it was Stephens’ connection to the UFC’s biggest star Conor McGregor or perhaps it was the proven electricity that his opponent Doo-Ho Choi brings to the table every time he steps into the octagon but whatever it was, the reported viewing figures – according to MMAFighting – were among the best the promotion has seen for a Fight-Night event in some time.

UFC St. Louis, at its peak, reportedly brought in a total of  1,285,000 viewers for the main-event, a sum that had not been eclipsed since Stephen ‘Wonderboy’ Thompson’s dominant first round TKO of the former welterweight champion Johny Hendricks back in 2015.

This puts the meeting between Stephens and the Korean Superboy ahead of such cards as UFC FN: Lawler vs Dos Anjos, UFC FN: Bisping vs Gastelum, and UFC FN: Hunt vs Mir, something that’s pretty surprising considering the star-power that a lot of those aforementioned cards were able to boast.
