Frankie Edgar Vs. Korean Zombie Confirmed For Nov. 10

The UFC’s 25th-anniversary show just confirmed an absolutely amazing headliner as Frankie Edgar meets Chan Sung Jung over five rounds.

Edgar proved his mettle beyond all doubt when he bounced back from a brutal KO at the hands of 145lb-challenger Brian Ortega with a decision victory over Cub Swanson just a matter of weeks later.

Frankie had never once been finished in his pro-MMA career so when the submission specialist Ortega nearly took his head clean off with an uppercut, the world collectively stood in shock at what they had just witnessed.

Of course, Ortega is now set on a collision course with the featherweight champion Max Holloway but for Edgar – with the time now ticking on his career – he will look to get his title aspirations back on track.

The UFC’s 25th-anniversary show will fall on November 10 and will now feature a headlining matchup between ‘The Answer’ and the former title-challenger, Chan Sung Jung.

Jung, who holds the iconic nickname ‘The Korean Zombie’ made a successful return to action following a lengthy period spent on mandatory military service with an impressive first-round KO of Dennis Bermudez.

Known for his forward pressure and granite chin, Jung is one of the sport’s most unmissable fighters and with a matchup with Edgar, look to this fight as one that will no doubt crown a new top-contender at 145lbs.
